First time experience, while they were able to get me on the schedule for the very next day, there was a mix up with scheduling so they had to push it back a few days. They were apologetic and extremely communicative which honestly made up for it! (We are all human, right?) 🙂 My windows are clean, crystal clear to look through and our gutters were over due for a good cleaning. I will absolutely use their services again.

I called Allshine for window and ceiling fan cleaning after a remodel and was greeted by Rita who is amazing. The appointment was scheduled, and they arrived early which is always a nice surprise. The two guys who did the job were very professional and courteous. My windows were cloudy from the remodel dust, and my ceiling fans that the contractor had failed to cover were corroded with dust. Allshine left me with sparkling windows and fans that looked like new. Thank you Allshine; I'll be calling you again.

They are very responsive and come out when they say they will. Rita is great to work with. She follows up, she makes she things are communicated clearly, and she always has a friendly, helpful attitude. The people who came out and did the work were professional and thorough.
